Hudson Catholic offers several opportunities for students to learn, grow, form friendships, and explore new interests. Most student clubs and organizations are open to all students at every grade level. There are, however, some clubs and organizations that have requirements for students to participate (for example, N.H.S.). Students are welcome and encouraged to create new clubs or organizations. To create a new activity, students must meet with an administrator or a counselor to determine the appropriate steps.

The DaVinci Society Art Club     

The DaVinci Society will focus on the exploration of new mediums and painting techniques. A hands-on experience will help the students develop their artistic abilities, expand their range of art skills, and put an end to limiting themselves to pencil and paper. The students will also collaborate with the theater program in the making of props and stage design throughout the winter and spring.

Debate Club

For students who want to develop their public speaking, critical thinking, and understanding of the issues facing the world, the country, and young people today. Each week, we will assign a topic and teams; students will have the opportunity to develop their arguments, and then the case will be heard. Whether you are always certain you are right and want the world to know, or you wish you knew more about issues to make informed decisions, the Debate Club is for you.

NHS Tutoring

OCIA/RCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults)

OCIA/RCIA(Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) is a program for students who wish to become Catholic or complete their sacraments of initiation. The program includes learning about the faith (catechesis), participating in Church celebrations (liturgical rites), and receiving support from the community, all leading to full initiation into the Catholic Church.

Classes take place every other Thursday from 2:30–3:30 PM, beginning in October and ending in June.

Photography Club

The Photography Club is an organization that teaches students how to take better photographs. The Club makes periodic field trips to New York City to take "Cityscapes". Student photos can be displayed on the Club's Google Classroom page.

STEM Club is a gathering of students that meets regularly in an informal environment to work on inquiry-based Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) related activities.
