Dear Hudson Catholic Parents and Guardians,

As we prepare for another exciting year of Hawk Athletics, we want to share important information regarding our upcoming Meet the Coaches Night and our sports lineups for the entire academic year if your child plans to try out for a sport this year. 

At least one parent or guardian must attend the meeting corresponding to their sport’s season. These meetings are vital, as they will provide an opportunity to hear directly from our Administrative Team and Coaching Staff regarding expectations, schedules, and athletic policies.

 Meet the Coaches Schedule

• Fall Sports Meet the Coaches Night

  • Date: Thursday, August 27, 2026  at 7pm

• Winter & Spring Sports Meet the Coaches Night

  • Date: Tuesday, November 17, 2026  at 7pm

 Fall Sports Offerings (Football start date Aug 10th, all other Fall Sports Aug 17th)

Forms, Tryouts & Important Dates

Sports Physical Dates

 *Freshman and Sophomore physicals must be sent via email to Jackie England  [email protected] 

*Junior and Senior physicals must be sent via email to Nicole Wilson [email protected]

Athletes will not be able to participate in try-outs until their physical is cleared by the school physician. NO exceptions ever to this state rule

Physicals can also be delivered to the Main Office no later than the dates listed below. 

NOTE:  You MUST use the physical forms.  You can find these forms HERE.  

Complete them in  their entirety.  No other forms are acceptable for sports participation.

2026 Fall Season-July 26th, 2026 (Main Office Summer Hours: 8:00am - 1:30pm)

2026 Winter Season-October 26th, 2026

2027 Spring Season-January 26th, 2027
