Erin Drennan-Eckel serves as the Director of College Programs at Hudson Catholic Regional High School, where she has been a dedicated educator and administrator for the past five years. With a strong passion for student success, Erin works closely with students to guide them through every step of their college journey—offering personalized support, resources, and opportunities that align with their goals and aspirations.
In her role, Erin oversees Hudson Catholic’s partnerships with several prestigious institutions, including Saint Peter's University and the Stevens Institute of Technology. She coordinates student participation in the Saint Peter’s University Dual Degree and ACE programs, the Stevens Institute of Technology Summer Pre-College and Art Harper Saturday programs, as well as numerous STEM-focused initiatives and resume-building workshops. Her mission is to connect students with enriching pre-college programs that provide both academic challenge and real-world experience in their chosen fields of study.
Erin began her career in education as a paraprofessional, then transitioned into teaching, and has been part of Hudson Catholic’s faculty for five years—two of those in an administrative leadership role. She holds a B.A. in English Education and is a certified teacher with the New Jersey Board of Education for K–12 English instruction.
Deeply committed to student growth and empowerment, Erin considers her work not just a profession but a calling. For her, Hudson Catholic is more than a school—it’s a community where students come first, and helping them thrive is her greatest joy.
